Custom parts, printed, machined and finished.
3D printing, CNC machining, CAD design and carbon-fibre skinning. Car parts are our specialty, and we make parts for just about anything else too. Send a model for a quote, or bring us an idea and we'll design it.
What we do
Our specialty is automotive: trim, brackets, covers, ducts, badges and one-off parts that aren't made any more. We also make parts for bikes, tools, the workshop, the home and product prototypes.
3D printing
FDM printing from PLA to carbon-fibre nylon. Parts bigger than our build plate are split into pinned pieces and joined.
CAD design
No model yet? We design parts in Fusion 360 from your measurements, photos or a broken original.
Carbon-fibre skinning
Real carbon-fibre laid over a printed core and vacuum-bagged, for the look and stiffness of carbon without a mould.
Finishing
Sanding, filling, priming and paint-ready surfaces, so printed parts look like they came from the factory.
3D scanning
Scan an existing part to reproduce it, modify it, or design something that fits around it.
CNC machining
Metal and plastic parts machined from your STEP file and drawing, for when a part has to be stronger or more precise than a print.
Repeat runs
Need ten of something, or a hundred? Send the model and quantity and we'll quote the batch.
How it works
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, send your files, and follow every step of your order online.
Send your files
Upload STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP files with the material, quantity and finish you want. Or describe a project if you don't have a model.
Get a quote
We check every model ourselves, slice it for our printers and email you a price, with any questions about fit or strength.
Approve, print, pick up
Pay the invoice, we print and finish the part, and you pick up in Toronto or Kingston, or we ship it.
Materials
Not sure which one you need? Pick "Not sure" on the quote form and tell us where the part goes.
Need metal or a tighter tolerance? Ask about CNC machining. We don't offer resin (SLA) printing or metal casting.
Questions
What files can I send?
STL, 3MF or OBJ for printing. STEP files are welcome for design work. You can also zip several files together, and add photos or drawings.
How big can a part be?
A single print is up to about 25 cm in each direction. Bigger parts are cut into pieces with alignment pins and joined; we'll tell you how many pieces in the quote.
Is the quote final?
Every quote is reviewed by a person before it's sent. If anything about the part changes the price, such as supports, strength or finishing, we'll say so before you pay.
Can you print a logo or a branded part?
Only if you own the design or have permission to use it. We'll ask you to confirm that when you order.
Do you do metal parts?
Yes, through CNC machining. Send a STEP file and a drawing with the material and any tolerances through Start a project, and we'll quote it.
Do you only do car parts?
Cars are our specialty, but no. We print, machine and finish parts for bikes, tools, the home, the workshop and product prototypes too.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in Canada by Canada Post, or pick up in Toronto or Kingston.
