How we handle your files and details
ABJD Inc is a small 3D printing and fabrication shop in Ontario. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and postal code.
- The files you upload (3D models, photos, drawings) and the order details you enter.
- Basic technical information needed to block spam, handled by Cloudflare's Turnstile check.
- Your Google or Microsoft sign-in (needed to send an order): your email address and name from that account, used to reply to you and show you your orders. We never see your password.
Why
Only to reply to you, quote your order, make the parts, invoice you and deliver them. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share your designs with anyone outside the job.
Who else sees it
This website runs on Cloudflare, which stores uploads until we collect them. We use Google Workspace for email, QuickBooks for invoices and payments, and Canada Post when you ask us to ship. Each only gets what it needs for that step.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files are removed from the website's storage within 60 days and from our shop computers about 60 days after the job. Your order details and their status (not the files) are kept so you can see your order history; ask us and we'll delete them. Invoices and the records tax law requires are kept as long as it requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your files at any time by emailing arjun@abjd.ca.
